BY SUBWAY
Take the 14th Street
“L” train to Brooklyn. Get off
at the LORIMER station (2nd stop in Brooklyn).
At the rear of the station, transfer to the “G” train heading
toward Queens. Get off at GREENPOINT AVENUE (2nd Stop). Exit at
the rear of the station, walk up the stairs, through the turnstile and exit
right. Walk west one block toward the river to FRANKLIN STREET, turn right and walk
one block toward KENT STREET,
then turn left to 74 Kent Street.
FROM THE HOLLAND
TUNNEL
After exiting the tunnel, head east on CANAL STREET towards and across the MANHATTAN BRIDGE. Exit right towards the
BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY (BQE) heading eastward toward Queens.
Exit the “BQE” at HUMBOLDT
STREET (EXIT 33). Proceed under the expressway
and make a left turn onto McGUINNESS
BOULEVARD. At GREENPOINT AVENUE make a left turn,
proceed westward towards the river to WEST STREET. At West Street make a right turn, proceed
one block to KENT STREET
and make a right turn.
FROM THE GEORGE
WASHINGTON BRIDGE
(I-95)
Head east across Manhattan on the (Trans
Manhattan Expressway, I-95) toward the MAJOR DEAGAN
EXPRESSSWAY (I-87). Take
the Major Deagan south then the TRIBORO
BRIDGE, heading towards Brooklyn via the BROOKLYN QUEENS EXPRESSWAY,(BQE) or I-278 South
Exit the BQE at MEEKER AVENUE (EXIT 34) and proceed along and under
the expressway. Make a right turn
onto MCGUINNESS BOULEVARD.
Make a left turn onto GREENPOINT AVENUE
(Hess gas station) and proceed westward toward the river to WEST STREET. At West Street, make a right turn, proceed
one block and make another right turn onto KENT STREET.
OR
In northern Manhattan take the HARLEM RIVER DRIVE
southbound. This becomes the FDR DRIVE. Exit at the QUEENS MIDTOWN TUNNEL and
take the tunnel to Queens. Immediately exit the tunnel to the
right and take the PULASKI BRIDGE onto McGUINNESS BOULEVARD to Brooklyn.
Make a right turn at GREENPOINT
AVENUE and proceed westward toward the river to WEST STREET. At West Street, make a right turn, proceed
one block and make another right turn onto KENT STREET.
